Well this was the a comment made by a someone on the Motor cylce Rally Organized by Bangalore City Police with theSlogan “Wear Helmet For your Safety.”
In a way its funny isn’t it ? Its upto the rider to drive rashly, get killed and leave his/her family at the mercy of fate.
Choice is the Rider’s.
But its always better to wear a Helmet.

Its not funny cops are just ensuring that there will be less noncompliance. But it is funny that a law comes in to exictence when there ia possibility that it will not obeyed or it is not obeyed
