കേരളകൌമുദിയെന്ന മലയാളം പത്രം സത്യത്തിന്റെയുന്‍ നന്മയുടേയും പ്രതീകമായ ഓണം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നത് ഈയുള്ളവന്റെ ഒരു ഫോട്ടോ മോഷ്ടിച്ചു കൊണ്ടാണ്‍ ! ഓണഗ്രാമം എന്ന ഈ പരിപാടി ഇന്ന് (9/9/208) വൈകുന്നേരം ആണ്‍ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നത്. പാരമ്പര്യകലകളുടെ സര്‍ഗ്ഗവസന്തം വിരിയിക്കുന്ന ഓണഗ്രാമത്തിന്‍ കുമരകത്തിന്ന് തുടക്കമാവുമത്രേ. മോഷ്ടാക്കള്‍ക്ക് സര്‍ഗ്ഗ വസന്തം വിരിയിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുമോ ?

A malayalam daily called kerala kaumudi is celebrating Onam by stealing one of my theyyam photos. Right now when I am typing this a program called “ona gramam” (onam village) is getting inaugrated in kumarakom and they will be giving speeches about the good old days when there was no evil deeds ! What a joke. How pathetic.

The original photograph was shared in flickr and it is licensed to me and it had my watermark too ! They carefully deleted my watermark.

How about actually selling your pics to some stock photo site? I am sure they will then take up such issues, rather than you going behind each infraction. The idea is that they need to learn the lesson rather than you getting paid. (Also, your images are CC licensed right?, they have to somehow indicate that also 🙂 )

ഇതു മോഷണമാണെന്നു് എനിക്കു തോന്നുന്നില്ല. വലത്തേ കുണ്ഡലം, വലത്തുകണ്ണു്, ഇടത്തേ ദംഷ്ട്ര, മുഖത്തിന്റെ ആംഗിള്‍ എന്നിവയ്ക്കെങ്കിലും വ്യത്യാസമുണ്ടു് എന്നാണു് എനിക്കു തോന്നുന്നതു്.
ഇമേജ് പ്രോസസ്സിംഗിനെപ്പറ്റി എനിക്കൊന്നുമറിയില്ല. ഫ്രീബേര്‍ഡിന്റെ പടം ട്രാന്‍സ്ഫോം ചെയ്തതാണോ എന്നറിയില്ല. ഒന്നുകൂടി നോക്കിയിട്ടുമതി മോഷണക്കുറ്റം ആരോപിക്കാന്‍ എന്നാണു് എന്റെ അഭിപ്രായം. ഈ വിഷയത്തിലെ വിദഗ്ദ്ധര്‍ക്കു വരെ ബൂലോഗത്തില്‍ അബദ്ധം പറ്റിയിട്ടുണ്ടു്.
